The Hospitality Rooms at TPC Sawgrass are a combination of rich, old world detail and modern-day comfort. The colors of the fabrics, walls and carpet blend together to create warm and inviting spaces, the perfect setting for any event.

The new 77,000 square-foot, Mediterranean revival inspired clubhouse is designed to provide a classic one-of-a-kind setting in northeast Florida for meetings and special events.

Board Rooms
The Presidents Cup Library, Live Oak, and Board Room
These private meeting rooms are an ideal setting for smaller corporate meetings or intimate wine dinners. The richly decorated conference rooms, with walnut floors, area rugs, fireplaces and executive chairs, set the tone, while the state-of-the-art technology accommodates any and all business needs imaginable.

Sunset
With its balcony overlooking the Practice Facility, the Sunset room is 2,112 square feet of flexible meeting space. Dual fireplaces on the inside and a western exposure outside offers, complimentary each evening, the breathtaking view of a north Florida sunset.

They combine together to host our largest meetings and events. Separated, they provide three individually flexible banquet rooms of various capacities. Each comes complete with their own furnished, private balcony. A mix of modern technology, mahogany chiavari chairs and optional soft seating allows a continental flair to your events.

The pre-function areas for these rooms allow your guests access to the rich history of all the past winners of THE PLAYERS in our Champions Gallery, with views extending downward to the Grand Foyer of the clubhouse. During breaks, rejuvenated by overlooking the 18 th and 9 th holes of THE PLAYERS Stadium Course and our terraced event lawn – the views are nothing short of spectacular.

TPC Lawn Events
With panoramic views and lush landscaping, the 11,000-square foot terraced lawn and an additional 3,100-square foot presentation lawn make spectacular settings for both lavish and information outdoor events, including cocktail receptions, special events and charitable initiatives.
