Thank you for choosing TPC to host your event. Our staff looks forward to providing your group a PGA TOUR experience. Groups of 16 players or more are offered advance booking through group/tournament contracting.
The following will be included for groups of 16 or more players:
- Practice Balls
- Green & Cart Fees
- Bag Handling Gratuity
- Registration Table
- Personalized Team Scorecards and Cart Signs
- Summary of Winners and Scores
- Contest Hole Set-up
- Welcome letter with rule and contest info on each cart
Terms of Cancellation:
- All deposits are non refundable.
- A 25% deposit is due with the return of a signed contract.
- The balance of all contracted fees is due 14 days before the event date.
Terms of Reduction of Player Numbers:
- Group may reduce their number of players prior to 14 days in advance of the event date and not be responsible for the reduced number of players. After that point, the group will be responsible for all UNSOLD TEE TIMES.
- Any reduction of numbers to the group is considered final and additions to the group at a later date will be dictated by the availability on the starting sheet. Understand that the released times could be lost and adding numbers may not be available after reducing.
